- Spearheaded the development of a values-based savings portal
- Innovated 5 features to analyze user activity and encourage clients to build personal savings fund
- Successfully applied for a design patent – expecting results in 2022
- Conducted quantitative analyses to understand which features appeal to current and potential clients
- Assisted user testing through note-taking during interview, conducting qualitative analyses, and ideating interview prompts/questions
